Faikar Mujahid Akbar Soekiswo

Co-Founder & Chairman

Faikar Mujahid Akbar serves as the President Commissioner of Global Workforce Management (GWM), providing strategic oversight and governance to support the organization’s vision of building an integrated ecosystem that connects education, skills development, and global employment opportunities.

Faikar is a technocrat with strong experience in the field of technology, digital innovation, and higher education development. He has been actively involved in initiatives that promote digital transformation in education, industry collaboration, and international academic partnerships.

He is also the Chairman and Trustee of the Puncak Prestasi Foundation, the institution that oversees Digitech University (Universitas Teknologi Digital). Through this role, Faikar leads initiatives aimed at developing modern, technology-driven higher education that prepares students for the evolving digital economy.

Coming from a family deeply rooted in the development of Indonesia’s higher education ecosystem, Faikar continues the legacy of academic leadership and carrying forward this legacy, he brings a forward-looking vision focused on technology, innovation, and global collaboration.

At Global Workforce Management, Faikar plays a key role in strengthening strategic partnerships with universities, industry leaders, and international institutions to support the development of a globally competitive Indonesian workforce.



Julhan Evendy Sianturi

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Julhan Evendy Sianturi is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Workforce Management (GWM), an initiative focused on building an integrated ecosystem for human capital development that connects education, vocational training, professional certification, and global employment opportunities.

Julhan began his professional career as President Director of PT Seproasis Citra Inti Prima, a company operating in the fields of advertising, publishing, and political consulting. In this role, he was involved in strategic communication initiatives, media management, and the organization of national forums and public communication programs.

Alongside his professional career, Julhan has been actively involved in civil society and governance initiatives. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Independent Public Service Oversight Committee (Komite Pengawasan Independen Pelayanan Publik – KPIPP), an organization dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and the improvement of public service standards in Indonesia.

Julhan also plays an active role in strengthening Indonesia’s vocational education ecosystem. He serves within HIPKI (Himpunan Penyelenggara Pelatihan dan Kursus Indonesia) as the Coordinator of the Vice Chairman, contributing to initiatives that improve the quality of training institutions and strengthen competency-based workforce development aligned with industry needs.

In the business sector, Julhan serves as President Commissioner of Sarana Manajemen Unggul Nusantara, a company focused on management development and human resource training. Through this organization, he initiated Indonesia Learning Collaboration (ILC), a collaborative platform that brings together stakeholders—including government officials, members of parliament, academics, industry leaders, and community figures—to foster dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaboration in human capital development and national progress.

He also serves as Director of PT Sarana Manajemen Alamindo Lestari, a company operating in the fields of environment, energy, and mining, focusing on sustainable natural resource development.

In addition, Julhan is involved in PT Kana Ultra Makmur, a company engaged in advertising, event organizing, and book publishing, supporting public communication initiatives, national forums, and knowledge dissemination programs.

Through Global Workforce Management, Julhan continues to advocate for stronger collaboration between education institutions, vocational training providers, industry partners, and government stakeholders, with the vision of developing Indonesian talent that is competitive, professional, and prepared to thrive in the global workforce economy.
